the book was about a boy named alex. his uncle dies in a car accident because he didnt wear a seat belt. but alex doesnt believe this. alex goes to go see his uncles car in a junk yard to find clues, but while alex is in the car the car is about to be torn apart, he makes it out!! the next day he get a call to come to an office to see his uncles will. while going into someones office, he sees his uncles office. he ask to go in but they say its locked. once the man that told him he cant go in leaves, alex finds a way into his uncles office. once he gets in he starts going through stuff. the the door opens and alex tells the men my uncle does not work for a bank! did you kill him? and before alex get a chance to excape he gets shot. Don Don DON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In the chapter I read Alex is asked to come to the bank that his uncle worked in.When he gets there he notice's that it does not look much like a bank.When he met's Mr.Crawley and goes to his office he notices that the one next to it is his uncle's but the door was locked when they got into Mr.Crawley's office but then Crawley has to go to the lobby then Alex seized the moment to jump out the window and then climb on the flag pole and then jump on the window of uncle's office.When he gets inside he gets some profiles and tries to read them but they have wierd titles on them but when he tries to read the last one Mr.Crawely and his driver come in and shoot Alex and then he falls asleer
In the story so far a boy named Alex Rider had his uncle Ian Rider who was his legal guardian die. The police said it was a car accident and he wasn't wearing his seatbelt which Alex knows isn't true. His uncle always wears his seatbelt.there was a funeral and people from the the bank where Ian used to work at showed up. One of them named Blunt said he was the chairman and that Ian would be missed.As they were leaving a man that was with Blunt stumbled reviling a gun that was in his pocket.A few days later Alex wanted to do his own investigating and looked for his uncles car in auto junkyards and saw that there were a lot of bullet holes in it.then he saw people walking towards him and out of panic he jumped in the car. Then the car started going through the crushing sequence while Alex was still in the car. Alex barely escaped with blood ,grime, and sweat all over him managed to escape.then Blunt called him to come to the bank where his uncle worked at to talk about a will.Alex arrived at the bank and blunt was waiting.THey went to his office and talked a little and Blunt left . Alex really wanted to see his uncles office but it was locked so he went through the window by jumping from office ledge to a pole to another office ledge. Alex saw that his uncle wasn't a banker and the building wasn't a bank it full of spies.thats when they drugged Alex and the next day they asked him to train to be a spy he said no s they blackmailed him into saying yes now he's starting spy training.
In the last chapter of the story Alex was in school and was thinking if he could make it though algebra . Then he visited the main office to see any car junkyards. When he finally saw one not to far from his apartment he went to see it. Then when he arrived,not long after he did,he saw his uncles car. Outside the car door there were gun bullet holes. Then he new that it wasn't a car accident that had killed his uncle it had been a person. He heard people coming and jump in a car the next thing he new he was being lifted up. The car was smashed , thrown, and dropped. Alex was bleeding from his eyes,his stomach was smashed together ,he tried to escape but he couldn't . Just then the window glass broke he went though it and escaped. Him Alex Rider was alive and safe.
Alex went to school and did some research to find out if his uncle really died in a car accident.When he found it he realized he saw the truck of it at his uncles funeral.When he got there he found it a few feet away from where he was standing.From the bullet holes he can confirm that his uncle was not killed in a car accident.When he heard voices he hid in the car itself.Then the car got picked up!Luckily he made it out.
